• We accept payments via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash on delivery (for select items and locations).

5. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability, typically 3–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated before order confirmation.

• For large equipment (solar panels, inverters, batteries), we coordinate delivery with the buyer to ensure safe handling.

7. Warranties

• All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation.
• Solar EPC installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in the project agreement.
• Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and product serial number.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or improper installation by third parties.

For architecture, construction, and solar EPC projects:

• A separate project agreement or contract will govern the scope, timeline, payment schedule, and deliverables.
